We offer great support services and options so you can feel confident that help is always at hand. All registered users of Businessware are entitled to unlimited email support. Whenever you have a question simply email our team and they will respond within 1 working day.
To help our users get started with using Businessware we will answer all telephone calls regarding installation and initial loading problems free-of-charge. Thereafter if you have on-going direct support requirements you may wish to subscribe to one of our reasonably priced telephone support options. Telephone Support Prices are available on our Price List page. If you subscribe to a support option when you purchase the software you can receive a significant discount on the standard support price.
We also offer discounts for support renewals when your initial support period has expired.
We believe in playing fair with customers when it comes to support. For that reason we never turn down a request for telephone support regardless of whether you have subscribed to a support option or not. However if you intend to make continued use of our telephone support service then we do require you to subscribe to a support option.
